Just walk in, pick an available machine, and pay with the Laundry Cat app, Scan & Pay, or your card at the machine. Our on-site attendants or the posted signs will walk you through each step.

Your load should fill the drum about 2/3 full. 20 lb = 2 baskets of everyday clothes, 40 lb = full family load, 60 lb = bedding and bulky items, 80 lb = comforters, 100 lb = rugs and king comforters.

Yes! Our 80 lb and 100 lb washers are perfect for king-size comforters, duvets, sleeping bags, area rugs, and other bulky items.

Wash cycles average 23–30 minutes depending on machine size. Drying takes about 25 minutes on average.

Yes! Our machines are fully cashless. Pay with credit, debit, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through the Laundry Cat app or Scan & Pay at the machine. Both locations.

Absolutely! Bring your own detergent, pods, or softener — just add liquids into the detergent compartment and not directly on clothing. We also sell detergent on site.

Our on-site attendants can troubleshoot immediately. We'll fix it, move your load to another machine, or provide a full refund.
